1- Payment to be made by direct deposit, cheque/money order or Credit Card Via ANZ eGate.
2- Goods will be shipped within 1 working day of payment clearance, goods should arrive within 2-5 working days depending on your locatuon.
3- We/Laptop LCD or any subsidiaries might use your details to send you updates on our new products.
4- When placing an order, you will be presented our bank details on order confirmation page in order to deposit money into our account, and email will also be sent to your nominated email address containing your order details and our bank details.
5- All sales transactions are subject to availability, you will be informed of any delays in shipping due to products being not available
6- Photos are for presentation purposes only and may not be for the actual LCD screen.
7- We only provide shipping to Australia, please contact us if you require international shipping, all overseas order are to be paid by wire transfer ONLY. shipping cost includes handling.
8- By buying any item you agree to all sales terms and conditions.
9- Any goods purchased under special bid pricing, LBO pricing, demonstration pricing or Stock tag and Clearance list items are not eligible for return.
10- Approved RA’s must be returned to Laptop LCD within 3 days of the RA number being issued or the goods will be declined and returned to the customer.
11- All Products purchased from Laptop LCD are covered by the 6 months warranty, an extended warranty period can be purchased at a price mention on the product information page.
12- Customer indemnifies Laptop LCD, its employees, agents and subcontractors against all losses, damages, expenses and costs (on a full indemnity basis and whether incurred by or awarded against any of them) that any of them may sustain or incur as a result, whether directly or indirectly, of any Claim. For the purposes of these Terms of Supply, "Claim" means any claim by any third person for loss or damage to any property, injury to or death of any person or economic loss arising out of or relating to any or all of the Products or Services, any delay or failure in supplying the Products or Services and these Terms of Supply.
13- All sales are considered to be final, unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized representative of Laptop LCD. Laptop LCD will supply certain Products on a 'No Returns Basis'. The expression 'No Returns Basis' means that Laptop LCD will not accept returns unless required under law or by agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Laptop LCD reserves the right to apply the No Returns Basis policy to all promotional or sale product(s) as it deems necessary. Product supplied on a "No Return" Basis cannot be returned to Laptop LCD unless the product is faulty and is within the warranty period provided by Laptop LCD or imposed by statute.
14- Laptop LCD may alter any prices of Products without prior notice to Customer.
15- Customer must pay for goods before item can be shipped.
16- All warranties are on Return To Base (RTB) bases, customer is required to ship the faulty screen to Laptop LCD and ship/pay for shipping or the repaired/replacement screen.
17- All Prices are GST Incl.
18- All warranty claims should be returned to base within warranty period, claims that are not returned within warranty period will not served.
19- If we cannot repair or replace faulty goods we will refund your purchase amount in full.
20- All Transactions are in Australian Dollar.
